Additionally, the community support also highlights it's importance in a beautiful way. Be it any kind of hardship, Indians often get strength to overcome obstacles.

  3. Mental Health- Resilience plays a significant role in mental health and the holistic wellbeing. By building resilience, individuals can cope with challenges in a better way. With a society like ours where there is stigma about mental health, a quality like resilience gives people strength to prioritize their wellbeing. 

  4. Community and Social Causes- Resilience helps a community and different vulnerable sections of the society to be strong and sail through their challenges. This strength helps the people to keep going through obstacles that they have to face.
